Implemented a payer edit for CPID 5402 which requires the purchase amount to be submitted in Loop 2420B PS1 segment.

Totals appearing on the A/R Aging Summary on the Portal was not matching the totals on the report in the application. This has since been corrected.

12/9/2012 CMD-2470 Implemented a payer edit for paper claims. Americhoice now requires the state to be submitted on claims when information is populated in boxes 10a-c.                 
12/9/2012 CMD-2467 Implemented a payer edit for paper claims. Iowa Medicaid now requires the provider taxonomy code to be submitted on the claim when the provider is set to bill as a group.
