 02/25/12 CMD-1791 Paper claim edit for payer requiring facility's site Id# not being submitted on the claim in box 32b.
02/20/12 TXN-182 Software change to prevent "PNM10976:SERVICE NPI SAME AS BILLING XXXXXXXXXX" clearinghouse claim rejection. Specific payers are requiring that the Facility and Ordering NPI it is the same as the billing NPI.  
02/20/12 TXN-176 Software change to prevent "PCLM1111:ACCIDENT CODE REQUIRED XX" clearinghouse claim rejection.  
02/20/12 TXN-175 Software change to resolve eligibility error for payer CPID MDBCBS.  When the subscriber is not the patient this payer does not require the EQ segment to be submitted in Loop 2110C.  
02/13/12 TXN-174 Engineering corrected an issue that was causing claims to reject for the following reason: "PN3-0114:ORD PROV ADDR LIN NOT ALLOWED". Please resubmit any claims affected by this rejection.  ✓
02/13/12 TXN-172 Corrected a paper claim edit to prevent an invalid Billing Provider address from being submitted on a claim.  ✓    ✓  
02/13/12 TXN-171 Engineering corrected an issue that was causing claims to reject for the following reason: "PROPERTY AND CASUALTY SUBSCRIBER CONTACT INFORMATION SHOULD NOT BE USED WITHOUT PROPERTY AND CASUALTY CLAIM NUMBER." Please resubmit any claims affected by this rejection.  ✓   ✓  
02/13/12 TXN-170 Corrected invalid N4 segment being submitted on eligibility transactions causing the following error message: "Coverage Error Could not process request input".   ✓ ✓  
02/08/12 CMD-1730 Added a new report called "Patient Statement Comments". This report is stored under the Patient reports category within the Reports section of the application. This report will allow users to view any patients that have a custom statement comment entered within the Patient section. The report can be filtered by Practice, Provider, Patient, or by a keyword in the custom comment.    
    
02/02/12 TXN-171 A ZZ qualifer will now print out on forms in box 24i and 33b for CPID#1486 Utah Medicaid.   ✓   
02/02/12 CMD-1630 Corrected an issue that was causing duplicate write-offs to be created under the Patient A/R Control tab within the Control section.              
02/02/12 CMD-1639 Corrected an issue that was causing the Billing provider's physical address to not be submitted on claims in box 33.     
02/02/12 CMD-1679 Corrected an issue that was causing the Facilities address to populate in box 32 when the POS Code was set to 12 for DMERC payers (CPID 7475, 7476, 7477, 7478).     ✓ 
02/02/12 CMD-1715 Corrected an issue that was causing UB-04 claims not to align correctly when printed.

02/02/12 CMD-1738 Claims are not being resubmitted to correct payer when updating insurance information.     
02/02/12 TXN-137 Users will no longer receive the Invalid/Missing Provider Identification error message when checking patient's eligibility. 
02/02/12 TXN-167 Added logic to support populating the patients home address on all Medicare claims when POS Code 12 is used. Please note that the patients address must be 9 digits or the claim will reject at the payer. To confirm the patients 9 digit zip code you may visit https://www.usps.com to Look Up a Zip Code or contact the patient directly.  ✓   ✓
