Payment Portal


Overview 

The Payment Portal is a secure website that allows patients to:

  • Make online payments
  • View visit and payment history
  • Print receipts and statements

The Payment Portal offers patients more control of their payments, which will reduce A/R days, thus resulting in lowered collection costs. The Payment Portal is part of our Integrated Payment Processing feature that is designed to save your office time and money. In addition to the Payment Portal, CollaborateMD offers integrated and hassle-free credit card processing. These two features combined will allow your office to collect more patient payments, get payments faster, and reduce the overall time and cost to collect patient payments.

Simply synchronize your patient’s payments with CollaborateMD and you will increase business efficiency and accuracy with our advanced software and seamless integration.

Note: Using the Payment Portal is optional. This functionality does not have to be enabled in order to use credit card processing. However, you must be approved for a merchant account in order to take advantage of the benefits of the Payment Portal.

Important Links 

 Admins, Auth Reps, or delegated users can log into the administrative side of the portal by visiting, https://www.paystatementonline.com/loginAsAdmin.
 Patients can register for the Payment Portal by visiting, https://www.paystatementonline.com. Once registered, patients will receive a confirmation email.
