In this preview we will provide you with Version 9.5 Sneak Peek into New Interactive Dashboard Analytics that deliver insight and visibility into a practice's financial performance.

New Interactive Dashboard Analytics


Healthcare dashboards are critical for users who need quick and insightful answers to their questions in an easy-to-understand visual format.  Our new Interactive Dashboard Enhancements deliver real-time visibility into the financial performance & health of account that will speed up productivity and day-to-day tasks lists.

New CMD Default Dashboard – We have updated the default dashboard and added more interactive features to enhance your user experience.  Watch this snippet below to see the following improvements: 

  • Sort through dashboards and filter by customers
  • Hover to highlight data
  • Gadget links, identified in blue, allow you to refresh, change date ranges, change what data is shown, and view more About the dashboard*
  • Right-click capable gadgets open a report, the control section, or other areas relevant to the data shown

*some options may not be available in every gadget

Customize and Create New Dashboards – Customize dashboards based on roles, workflows or any way you desire.  Enhanced dashboards will give you quick and insightful answers to questions in an easy-to-understand visual format  Watch this snippet below to see the following customization options: 

  • Customize with easy drag and drop functions
  • Add new and improved Gadgets
  • Save & Share with other users
  • Make a new dashboard your ‘default dashboard’
  • Edit, re-share and delete

New Interactive To-Do List  – CollaborateMD understands that even the most organized person could use a new tool to maximize productivity.  Welcome to the new Interactive To-Do List gadget! 

This gadget can be utilized in 2 scenarios.
1. New Account items – Recommended for use by Billing Services with new customers and new CollaborateMD accounts to expedite account setup action items.
2. Established Account Items – Recommended for all users no longer in training or setting up an account.  This list allows users to prioritize and manage day-to-day activities.

Each To-Do List will allow users to manage tasks effectively by automatically creating an action list of items that need attention and items that have been completed! Plus, pop-out the To-Do List and “Refresh” in real time to increase productivity and relieve stress. Watch this snippet to see it in action:
