In this second Sneak Peek Preview we wanted to provide you with a full serving of what’s to come. Check it out!

How to navigate:

  1. Scroll down and select the screen shots you would like to review.
  2. A new window will open providing you with a full view of the screen shot.
  3. When you’re done reviewing the screen shot, close the tab to be taken back to the sneak peak page you were previously on.
  4. Repeat steps 1 – 3 until you are done.

Dashboard Section


The Dashboard tab within the System section of the application help you visually understand business trends to successfully identify Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) in real-time. They include customizable components that will allow you to select which Dashboard you want to see when logging in, sharing capabilities, layout options, and filtering.

System Section


The System section of the application provides the functionality to Login into the system, Update the application, update the Java VM, change your Password, create Dashboards, review the latest CollaborateMD News, receive pertinent practice Alerts, customize system Defaults and modify the look and feel of the application on your work station.

Admin Section


The Admin section of the application provides the functionality to manage user permissions, account features, customize labels, and superbills, and automate controls for real-time tools
