 Claims

  • CMD-2591: Made improvements to speed up Claim Review process time.
  • CMD-2640: Corrected an issue which was preventing the warning indicator to pop up when saving a claim which contained scrubbing errors.
  • CMD-2641: Corrected an issue that was causing claims to be set to Send To No Insurance although there was a payer set on the claim.
  • CMD-2910: Corrected an issue that was causing the check# not to print out on receipts printed from the Claim section.
  • CMD-3059: Corrected an issue that was causing users to be unable to open claims. 
  • CMD-3157: Corrected a spelling error under the Forms tab. 
  • CMD-3170: Corrected an issue that was causing claims to be rejected due to the "&" character not being submitted on the claim form for Billing Providers.

Codes

  • CMD-2444: Corrected an issue which was preventing users from adding more than 1000 ICDs from the master list at once.
  • CMD-3246: Corrected an issue that was causing the Medicare Fee Schedule not to update when using the Pricing Wizard.

Control

  • CMD-2634: Corrected an issue causing some reports from Batch Eligibility to be cutoff when printed.

Idea Exchange

  • IE-155: Modified the Search tab of the Scheduler section such that the hide/show column selections will be saved at log out and used when accessing the screen again at a later date.
  • IE-316/512/529: Modified the Appointment window within the Scheduler section to show all the same fields and tabs as what is shown in the Patient section.
  • IE-346: Made changes to the appointment block such that when an appointment has an associated comment, the text displayed on the appointment block on the calendar is no longer limited to the first 20 characters of the comment but rather displays as much of the comment as can be fit into the block using word wrapping.
  • IE-455: Modified the Patient section so that the Member ID field is no longer required when the patient is set to Self Pay.

Messaging

  • CMD-2588: Corrected issue where draft messages were not being removed from the Draft folder once the message was sent.

Patient

  • CMD-928: Corrected an issue that was causing incomplete patient records to still show as complete within the patient section.
  • CMD-2339: Corrected an issue that was causing duplicate patients to be created.
  • CMD-2426: Corrected an issue in which the insured's first name was being removed when selecting the Copy button on the Insured tab of the Patient section.
  • CMD-2609: Corrected an issue that was causing the Insured tab to be highlighted although the patient's coverage for eligibility is active.
  • CMD-2800: Corrected an issue which was intermittently causing patient alerts to duplicate for a select number of records.
  • Modified the Patient section so that the Member ID field is no longer required when the patient is set to Self Pay.
  • CMD-3357: Corrected an issue that was causing an error to occur when opening a new patient. 

Payer

  • CMD-3219: Corrected an issue that was causing authorized or denied agreement statuses to not appear under the Lookup tab. 
  • CMD-3316: Made improvements to include the "&" character in the Name field for the Alternate Practice Info. 

Payment

  • CMD-2543: Corrected an issue in which printing claims within Line Item Posting was not properly using the C-4 form that was selected.
  • CMD-2588: Corrected an issue in which the correct payment type was not being marked on patient payment receipts when printed from Line Item Posting.
  • CMD-2637: Corrected an issue causing the Select Credit and Debit buttons to be incorrectly grayed out when adding an Adjustment.
  • CMD-3007: Corrected an issue that was causing an incorrect amount to appear on checks via the EOB Posting tab. 
  • CMD-3227: Corrected an issue that was causing users to be unable to print a claim from under Line Item Posting.

Reports

  • CBI-11: Corrected an issue in which selected filters on a special filter page (for example, practices, CPT codes, etc.) would not be applied to a report if the selection was not visible within the list at the time the report was run.  This could occur if the user made a selection and then used the search feature to narrow down the result list.
  • CBI-27: Corrected an issue in which the payers listed in the Payer filter window for all reports were using the name listed within the CollaborateMD Master Payer List, not the name used within the actual customer account.
  • CBI-81: Corrected an issue that was causing debit codes not to appear on the Daily/Monthly Charges and Debits report. 
  • CBI-86: Corrected an issue that was causing users to receive an error message when attempting to print the Claim History report. 
  • CBI-114: Corrected an issue that was causing users to receive an error message when attempting to print a custom report.
  • CMD-2912: Corrected an issue that was causing information to not be displayed on the User Audit report.

Scheduler

  • CMD-2635: Corrected an issue in which the list of available superbills would get cutoff when a large number of superbills are present on the account.
