  • CMD-2156:  Added a new option to the Superbill configuration screen to "Use Alternate Page Breaks in Batch Mode".  This new feature will correct an issue that was causing the first page of some superbills to print with incorrect information from multiple patients.

Claim 


  • CMD-2088: Improved the claim refiling feature by adding a new confirmation window to show the user what claims will be updated and what claims will be resubmitted.  The user will then be able to review the list and chose to continue or cancel the update/refiling of these claims. 
  • CMD-2093: Implemented Claim Analysis, an edit engine which can check for a series of payer-specific (or generic) edits on a claim’s data and allow the user to correct the claim before it is rejected by the clearinghouse.
  • CMD-2115: Extended the functionality of the duplicate DOS warning for Institutional claims. Previously, this feature was only available for Professional claims.
  • IDEA-27 [IE 208]: Added a new field for "PPS (Diagnosis Related Group)" to the claim section of the application on the Additional Info tab of Institutional Claims. When input this value will print in box 71 of the UB-04 claim form and will be sent in the HI segment of Loop 2300 of the electronic 837 claim file.
  • TXN-231:Updated the Admission Source codes for Institutional claims via the Additional Info tab. 

 Control 


  • IDEA-22 [IE 284]: Implemented the following improvements to the Payment Tracking screen:
    • Users can now filter on received date, in addition to entered date.
    • Users can now use the column headers to sort all columns. 
    • A summary total of the search results will now show Total Payment Amount, Total Allowed, Amount, Total Applied Amount, and Total Remaining Amount.
    • Users can now export the results to Microsoft Word or Excel.

 Idea Exchange (IE)


  • IDEA-22 [IE 284]: Implemented the following improvements to the Payment Tracking screen:

  • CMD-2159: A pop up message will now display upon logging into the application that will alert users that the application version is set to expire in X days. This will be used during future application decommissioning.
