Payer Section

The Payer section provides the functionality to select from over 2000 payers to automate and manage claims and payer demographics. This section allows you to view, add, export, print or modify payer information; such as name, payer types, identification numbers and more.

The following help pages are supported by the current version of CollaborateMD. Please follow the curriculum outline to receive the proper training associated with this section.


Use the Notes tab to include any special information regarding the Payer. Notes can be viewed by all users associated to your account. 

Add Note

Follow the instructions below to add a note to your payer:
  1. Go to the Payer section. 
  2. Select Show All or search for the payer using the Search field.
  3. Click the Notes tab.
  4. Enter your note.
  5. Click Save.

Remove Note

Follow the instructions below to remove a note from the payer:
  1. Go to the Payer section. 
  2. Select Show All or search for the payer using the Search field.
  3. Click the Notes tab.
  4. Remove your note.
  5. Click Save.
