New User Welcome Message

When creating a new user and selecting the option to "Send a welcome message", the New User Welcome Message will be sent to users whose permission for "Support", "Tools", and "Messaging" are set to Allow, Access Only, or Access and Modify. For instructions on how to set users permissions please visit the Permissions Help Page.

Welcome to CollaborateMD! 

We want to share with you some of the services and resources that are available to you as a member of the CollaborateMD user community. 

The best resource available to learn about the application is the Help Pages, located on our Training Website at These Help Pages will give you step by step instructions on each section of the application. The icons on the Help Pages are laid out similar to the icons within the application. Use the search field on the training website to quickly search for keywords related to what you're looking for. 

For an overview of the CollaborateMD application, we recommend watching the CollaborateMD Overview webinar. Please note this webinar is normally intended for brand new customers but as a new user, there's information that you'll be able to leverage. 

If you find that after utilizing these resources you need additional training, CollaborateMD also offers One-On-One training available to order for a reasonable fee. To request the One-On-One training, please review the link below. 
Here are some additional resources that are available to you at no additional charge: 
  1. New Releases – Here you will find training resources on each new version of the application. 
  2. Software Updates – Here you will find training resources on each planned application update made to the application after its initial release. 
  3. Webinars – Here you will find our pre-recorded webinars where you can learn more about the key sections of the application. 
  4. Self-Service Portal – Here you can easily and securely submit cases online. You can review the status of your case as well as receive notifications regarding your case status. In addition to creating and reviewing cases, the Self-Service Portal contains solutions to many frequently asked questions.
