You can provide a compliment, testimonial, suggest a feature, or send other feedback about CollaborateMD. Although we’re not able to personally reply to all message, we’ll use your feedback to improve the CollaborateMD experience.

The following help pages are supported by the current version of CollaborateMD. Please follow the curriculum outline to receive the proper training associated with this section.

Submit Feedback

Follow the instructions below to submit feedback:

1. Once you've logged into CollaborateMD, click the Feedback button located towards the bottom of the screen. 

2. Once the feedback form opens, select the Type of Feedback you’re providing: 
    • Compliment: Positive and polite expressions of praise or admiration of someone or something related to the services and solutions offered by CollaborateMD. 
    • Testimonial: A formal statement testifying someone’s character or qualifications, a public tribute to someone and their achievements or praises about the software itself. 
Important: When selecting this option, you are indicating that you want your feedback to be shared publicly. 
    • Suggestion: Advice, ideas, or enhancements to the application; including, but not limited to, positive or negative feedback in regards to services and solutions provided by CollaborateMD.  
    • Other: This is a free-form category for anything that does not fit the above criterion. 
3. Enter any additional comments.
4. Select a Rating (Good, Okay, Bad).
5. Once you are satisfied with your feedback, click Submit

6. A dialog window will open with the following message, “We love hearing from you and we appreciate your input greatly. We look forward to addressing your concerns and ideas.” Click the OK button to close.

Note: Your submitted feedback goes directly to our Customer Relationship eXperience Management (CRXM) department for review. Depending on the type of feedback provided, a CRXM representative will reach out to you within 24-48 hours to follow up on your submitted feedback.
