CMD2GO is a secure web application where authorized users can conveniently create patients, manage their schedules and communicate via secure messaging when they are on the go.


You will be able to access CMD2GO anywhere, anytime, on a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) or computer using a supported web browser.


These key features can be used without needing access to the full CollaborateMD application, which means you can check and update your schedule, send/receive secure messages with other users in your office from anywhere.


On mobile devices, you can easily switch between customer accounts to manage appointments and blocks scheduled for a specific resource/department. CMD2GO includes features such as creating and modifying appointments and appointment blocks making it convenient for you to manage your appointment scheduler on the go. Manage your appointments and messages anytime, anywhere, and on any device.

The following help pages are supported by the current version and mobile view of CMD2GO. Please follow the curriculum outline to receive the proper training associated with this section.





CMD2GO Minimum Requirements

For the best security and performance, CollaborateMD recommends using the latest version of Google Chrome , Firefox, and Safari.

How do I update my browser?

Updating your browser is easy. Be sure to read your system requirements before updating, since an older computer may not have enough memory to support the new browser. Updates are used to correct issues with the existing browser, as well as to add new or enhanced features. Click, or copy and paste, the appropriate link below to the URL address window for the latest updates.

Important Notes:

  • There are no specific screen resolution requirements to operate CMD2GO.  CMD2GO is responsive, which means it will automatically scale based on the device or resizing of the browser window.

  • Devices running Apple iOS 10 or newer can use CMD2GO  (this is due to the older version of Safari running on these devices). To find the iOS version installed on your device, go to Settings > General > About.

  • Devices running Android 4.4 KitKat or newer can use CMD2GO (this is due to Google no longer supporting security updates on older devices). To find the version installed on your device, from the home screen, press Settings > Settings > About Phone > Android Version. The small number under the heading is the version number of the Android operating system on your device.

Logging In

To log in to CMD2GO:

  1. Open a web browser and go to,

  2. Enter your CollaborateMD Username & Password.

  3. Click Log In.

If you don't have permission please contact your Admin or Auth Rep for assistance.


Users will be logged out after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Reset Password

Passwords can be reset one of two ways:

  • From the login page, click on the Forgot your Password? link and follow the Account Recovery steps. If you still need assistance, please contact your Auth Rep or Admin.

  • Once you’ve logged in, from the top right-hand corner of the screen, select your name and select Change Password. Enter your current password followed by your new password. When you’re satisfied, click Change.

Switching Customers

Use the Switch Customers option to navigate to another Customers appointment schedule. Please note this option is often used by Billing Services or users that are linked to multiple Customers (Groups).


If you are not linked to multiple Customers (Groups) you will not see this option.

To switch between your Customer accounts:

  1. Click on the navigation menu icon and select Switch Customers.

  1. When the window appears, select the customer to switch to and click OK.

  2. If applicable, select the navigation menu icon to navigate to the appointment Scheduler.
