When saving my claim why am I getting an error message of "You have active providers that are in Test Mode preventing claims from going to the payer?"

You're receiving this message because one or more providers listed on the claim is in Test mode. Claims for providers that are in Test mode will be forwarded the clearinghouse for testing purposes only. To send the claim to the clearinghouse and then to the payer, your provider must be set to Production mode.
